Aaron W. Marrs

I am a historian with a particular interest in the nineteenth-century American South, the history of technology (especially transportation), race relations, the history of time, and the history of consumerism.

My current research project is a social history of the antebellum transportation revolution in the United States. As my research progresses, I'll be posting updates on my blog, Frederick Jackson Turner Overdrive.
